Budget-making process now in public domain

• Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday put the entire process in the public domain to enable a better understanding of the financial exercise for the benefit of not only his Ministry officials but also all other interested stakeholders.
• Prepared by the Budget Division of the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), is an attempt to incorporate all the budget related issues in the Manual so as to make it a self-contained and one-stop guidance document.
