Mazhar Imam, modernist Urdu poet, laid to rest

Eminent Urdu poet and critic Mazhar Imam was laid to rest here on January 31. Ailing for some time, he died of a heart attack on Monday. He was 83. He is survived by his wife, a daughter and a son.
